Staff Writer/Photographer

Ceillie Simkiss was named a photographer at the Western Carolina during the 2011 fall semester. She became a staff writer in the Arts and Entertainment beat in the fall of 2012.

Ceillie is a sophomore communications major at Western Carolina University with a concentration in journalism and a minor in art. She is originally from Fuquay-Varina, N.C.
