Dear Editor,
My name is LT. Scott Smathers I graduated WCU in 1991 and am currently on Active Duty in the US Army assigned to the 211th Military Police Company. We are part of the North Carolina Army National Guard. The 211th has several members that are WCU Graduates. While on duty fighting the war on terror I have met three other WCU Graduates. Captain Scott Sutton and Major Naylor and a former student SPC Campbell. I have taken digital JPG photos of all the graduates and would like to send them to you with a brief profile on each soldier if you would be interested in printing them in the paper.
