“Outstanding New Chapter” was just one of the six awards won by the local Xi Sigma chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Other awards also included outstanding community service.
The chapter was also recognized with a scholarship certificate for having the highest men’s grade point average, scholarship certificate for being top fraternity on campus and recognized for their intramural participation, and exceptional colony.
Chapter president Josh Allen, awarded “undergraduate brother of the year” for area two and Jason Anderson were chosen as participants in the model initiation for Kappa Sigma during the recent leadership conference in Greenville, SC.
