SPOOKADELIC HALLOWEEN BASH AT NEIGHBORHOOD THEATRE

Meet Clifton-the southeastern band whose music combines the rich sounds of REM, 70s Elvis Costello, Tom Petty after three cups of coffee, and now…Avril Lavigne??? Don’t miss Clifton’s upcoming performance at Neighborhood Theatre, as the six-member band dress as Avril Lavigne for a pre-Halloween bash, alongside locally acclaimed Abe Reid and the Spikedrivers. Having received the 2004 Honorable Mention Award in the Billboard World Song Contest for their single, “Unbreakable”, Clifton was also featured at Camp Jeep, an outdoor adventure festival held in the Blue Ridge Mountains, as well as Santa Ynez Mountains, CA. Hundreds of songwriters and bands submitted their music for consideration to perform before the 15,000 Camp Jeep audience, but Clifton won by a landslide, with a quarter of the online votes in their favor.

After a recent showcase at the Mid-Atlantic Music Conference, and an appearance on WBTV, Clifton will feature songs from their latest album, Clifton EP, with lyrical hard-pop music appealing to all ages. Costumes are not required; however, those in costume will get in for $4. General admission: $7 at the door. All ages welcome.
