Dear Editor,
I am the REAL Matt Johnson – the former GM of WWCU-FM. Some one recently sent a letter to the editor about the radio station and – for some reason – said they were me. Whoever it was was not even smart enough to get the facts about me correct. I worked at WWCU for FOUR years and my email address was incorrect (but close enough to tell that he or she was impersonating me.) I do not agree with this person’s views and would like a retraction printed immediately and the letter removed from your web site. I think it would also be a good idea to devise a policy to verify the identity of a person before printing a letter to the editor.
