Katie Marshall began as a contributing writer in the fall semester of 2012. That December she was hired as a staff writer, primarily working with features pieces. Some of her articles include “Meet the Animals” and a few Before They Were Educator pieces.
She enjoys reading and writing just about anything, hiking, and playing piano. Her deadliest enemies in life are Blinky, Pinky, Inky,
and Clyde, and her fondest dream is to find a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
Currently, Katie is a sophomore with a major in English – professional writing and a minor in criminal justice.
