Dear Editor
I am very annoyed that housing has yet to turn off the heaters in Leatherwood Hall. It has been very hot these last few days, and the heaters are still going as if it were still cold outside. I am sitting here at 2:15 AM and I fell like I am about to burn up. Fans provide some relief, but not as much as I would like. Portable air conditioners are banned from the rooms supposedly because they are visually “unsound.” Who cares as long as people are able to sleep. Does it not cost money to keep the heaters in this building going? Why do they keep them burning?
