Cullowhee, NC | Looking for an exciting way to end February? WCU’s School of Stage & Screen is proud to share “She Kills Monsters”, directed by faculty
member Peter Savage, opens on Feb. 23, 2023, on the WCU University Auditorium stage. Written by Qui Nguyen, “She Kills Monsters” is a dramatic comedy about the world of fantasy role-playing games and the story of Agnes Evans as she comes to terms with the death of her teenage sister, Tilly.
When she finds Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she embarks on an adventure in the imaginary world that was Tilly’s refuge. Come and experience Agnes’ journey into who Tilly truly was while fighting creatures like bugbears, beholders, and the infamous gelatinous cube!
The performance dates are as follows: Feb. 23 – 25 at 7:30 p.m. and Feb. 26 at 3:00 p.m. Student tickets are available for purchase at $10, adults at $20, and Seniors (65+) at $15.
