Donation boxes are set up in Coulter, Mckee, Balsam, Blue Ridge and the Honors College office. Students and faculty can donate books of any genre to the sale. Books will be sold for a range of prices. Bundles of books will also be available.

Whee Turn the Page, a subcommittee of the Brinson Honors College Board of Directors, is organizing and hosting the book fair. Emma Roy, a WCU senior, is the head of Whee Turn the Page.

“Our goal is to promote recreational reading on campus, and the Used Book Fair helps us accomplish this goal!” Roy said in an email. “The funds we raise from sales go to planning and hosting events sponsored by the Board of Directors, including future Used Book Fairs and programming events.”

The previous two Used Book Fairs were successful for the Board of Directors. WTTP is hoping that this year will have similar success. The Board of Directors uses the proceeds from the sale to host events enjoyed by honors and non-honors students such as the Brinson Ball and Trivia Night.

The week-long book fair will include more than just books. Previous book fairs have also sold stickers, erasers and other knickknacks.
